Refund Policy​

                    

• Cancel 15 days or more before the first class and receive a 50% refund.

• Cancel 14 days or less before the first class and no refund will be given.

• If we can fill your place, you will receive a refund less a 10% administration fee.

Agreement to this refund policy forms part of your enrolment.

Enrolment and Class Terms

 

Classes are held in an upstairs classroom. There is no lift; access is by stairs only.

 

​To enrol, simply complete the enrolment form. Melbourne School of Millinery will confirm availability and send an invoice; your place is secured once payment is received by the invoice due date. Please check the course dates, fees, prerequisites and materials list before booking. Some homework may be required.

Missed classes do not qualify for a refund or free catch-up session. Every effort will be made to help if a class is missed, and private tuition is available if necessary. Cancellations must be submitted by email and are subject to our cancellation and refund policy, with notice calculated before the first session of your booked unit. If we cancel a course, you will receive a full refund. If we must change the dates, you may accept the new dates or receive a refund.

Students must follow safety instructions and treat tutors, fellow students and equipment respectfully. Please obtain the tutor’s permission before recording any demonstrations or taking photos.

We will seek separate, optional consent before using photographs of you or your work for promotion. Personal information is not shared with any other organisation.
